Comfortable and clean everything was very good , will stay again and recommend to others ....
the girls at front desk were very helpful
no Tigers there, no shuttle, no cab for 2 + hrs
The staff was friendly and efficient. The room was clean and nice. The bed was very comfortable.
The carpet smelled bad in the hallways and in one of the elevators. Heavy stains on 3rd floor before the elevator. The continental breakfest did not have much to choose from. It was toast, ceral or mini muffins.
We were very happy with our stay, hotel was older but very clean and staff was excellent.
The breakfast buffet could have been a little healthier
Free breakfast was old & minimal at best.
Location, car garage, price, room refridge, quietness in room.
Room 607: Poor tv channel selection, lack of working ice machine on 6th floor, lumpy bed, scratchy towels in bath, one-person front desk when two attendants would have been better, musty smelling cocktail lounge.
It is within 5 minutes drive to our daughters home.
A rundown hotel. Our bedding had the thinnest see through sheets, holes in blanket. Milk at breakfast time was sour but coffee was good. Didn't go back for second day breakfast. I know that this is a complaint, but I believe you should know this. It is no longer a AAA hotel. Speaks for itself.
The rooms were clean which was a challenge with the deteriorating structure
The advertised breakfast was abominable. It consisted of very watery juice, whilte bread and bagels and jam which was hard and unspreadable. There was cereal some days. Other days they "ran out of milk" so they withdrew the cereal containers. We were there 8 days and it took the first four to get our room keys keyed properly so we could use them. The plaster is peeling around the windows and the sink faucets constantly drip and leak around the base. Admittedly, the rates were low, but the amenities were not worth even that price
Very comfortable. Conveniently situated. Staff very friendly. One morning though there was very little breakfast - apparently let down by their supplier. Shouldn't happen, but the rest of the week was fine.
The walls are too thin. Could hear every word in the next room. And Saturday night is Karioke, and we heard every song there too until 1 A.M. even on the 3rd floor.
We did not like anything about the hotel or the people that worked there. Would never stay there again!!!!
The hotel was smelly, fixtures were old, the elevators were scarey, sign outside home of detroit tigers!!! Not sure where they stay in the hotel but couldn't have been in the room we stayed in!!!!
I was prepared to come to a dump but was surprised how nice the place was. It was inexpensive for a last minute booking.
The sink leaked, the bed was squishy (easy to fall out of,) but I was happy with the crash pad.
Staff is friend, very well located, good rooms.
The breakfast is poor but nothing to complain about.
We were in town for a baseball game, so the location was good in that regard. We received discounts at a sports bar and a breakfast place.
It was a little spooky. It seemed like we were the only ones there.
